How can I contact the Colorado Department of Insurance and Insurance Commissioner?

Answer:
"Colorado or bust!"  Isn't
that what some of our earliest pioneers used as their mantras when they traveled west?  I hear that Colorado is a very lovely and inviting state, and anyone moving or living there undoubtedly may need to make contact with the State's Division of Insurance.

The Colorado Division of Insurance, which is part of Colorado's Department of Regulatory Agencies (or DORA) maintains a website at http://www.dora.state.co.us/insurance/index.htm, and there are many useful links there to helpful resources for consumers and industry professionals alike.

The sites link for Information for Consumers brings up a variety of topics such as how to File a Complaint, learn about Fraud, Workers Comp, Senior Health, and more.  The General Information link brings up links to Colorado Laws, News Releases, and others.

Colorado's Division of Insurance Commissioner is currently Marcy Morrison.  The Division's website does not give any direct contact information for Ms. Morrison, but I expect that calling the main telephone number would provide access to that information.

Here is the Division's published contact information:
